The Social Administration is responsible for providing support, care, and assistance to people at various stages of life. We work based on individual needs and offer services based on several laws, including the Social Services Act (SoL), the Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons (LSS), and the Health and Medical Care Act.

This may involve providing the elderly with a safe and meaningful everyday life, supporting people with disabilities, or being there for children, youth, and adults in vulnerable life situations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to be part of our service team within home care?

We are looking for someone who is positive, has a sense of service and responsibility beyond the ordinary for a position that involves performing cleaning tasks in our clients' private households. Documentation is part of the job.

You collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to ensure that each person receives a good response and the right service based on assistance decisions. The work requires sensitivity, flexibility, and the ability to create trusting relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is responsible, meticulous, and enjoys working independently. You have a positive attitude, a strong sense of service, and can adapt your work to different needs.

You need to be able to collaborate with colleagues and feel comfortable communicating with both employees and sometimes even clients. You have the ability to follow routines, work systematically, and contribute to a safe and pleasant environment.

Requirements:

• To perform the work, you need to have a good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Driver's license (B)

Meritorious:

• Experience in cleaning within care, social services, or public operations.
